Local Law 87

LL87 requires all buildings in New York City that are larger than 50,000 square feet to perform an energy audit and retro-commissioning

110 Greenwich Street, Financial District

  • NY City Local Law 97, requires all buildings over 50,000 Sq Ft to perform an ASHRAE level II audit and Retro-commissioning of the building's mechanical systems every 10 years.
